Rimrock students collect food for Rescue Mission

The National Honor Society and Sources of Strength chapters at Rimrock High School are in the midst of a monthlong food drive.
The March to End Hunger community food drive and canned food castle competition will benefit the Boise Rescue Mission.
The Rimrock students have been collecting items since the beginning of the month.
All items collected by March 31 will be delivered to the Boise Rescue Mission on Tuesday, April 2.
Honor society members will also help serve a meal at the Boise Rescue Mission when they make the delivery.
Community members can drop off food items at the high school, Grand View Elementary School or Bruneau Elementary School.
This is the 13th year for the March to End Hunger event. Boise Rescue Mission has four shelters in Nampa and Boise, and the organization served more than 215,000 meals — averaging 500 meals per day — to homeless men and women.
