Homedale mayor on the move again

 If you see Mayor Gheen Christoffersen walking the streets of Homedale in the coming weeks, don't be alarmed.
  The mayor has entered the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health Mayor's Walking Challenge again.
  He is the only municipal chief executive from Owyhee County listed among the record 115 mayors who have entered this year's challenge. For first time in the program's history, a mayor for each of Idaho's 44 counties has accepted the challenge.
  Mayors who cover 5,000 steps per day in October will earn $500 for health initiatives in their cities. Those making 10,000 steps receive $1,000.
